1. Can I turn my wheelchair on or turn off with the remote control? 

No. The wheelchair’s power must be turned on before the remote control is turned on. This allows the controller to pair with the chair.

2. Will my wheelchair be fully assembled when it arrives?

Your wheelchair will come fully assembled. Upon delivery you'll just need to attach the remaining parts.

3. Can I take my wheelchair on an airplane or cruise?

Absolutely. The 6.6AH (158.4WH) lithium ion battery, in your wheelchair is approved for travel by airlines and cruise lines. Before your trip it's advisable to contact the airline or cruise company to verify their regulations regarding travel batteries.

6. Can I turn off the beeping noise my wheelchair makes when backing up?

Certainly. To silence the beep simply. Hold the (+) key, on the controller until you reach speed then continue holding it down until you notice an amber light in the middle of the display. After that quickly press the horn button and the beeping will cease. If you wish to restore the beeping sound just repeat these steps.
