At The Medical Outlet, orders are processed swiftly within 1 to 2 business days. If an order is placed after 6 p.m., processing will begin the following business day.

Shipping Details
You can expect delivery within 4 to 7 business days. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping, while orders below $200 will incur a flat rate of $15. Currently, we only ship within the United States. Most products are delivered by third-party freight carriers (large trucks). For freight shipments, we’ll contact you to arrange a curbside delivery, so please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout to avoid any delays.

Order Confirmation and Billing
After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirming receipt and verifying that your credit card has been authorized. Your card will only be charged once the item is prepared for shipment. For items on backorder, a temporary hold may be applied to reserve them. Order processing starts promptly upon submission.
